Teens, learn practical skills that will help you succeed in whatever the future holds.
Adulting is hard, but Adulting 101 at the Clearview Library District can help make it easier (and more fun)! This program will help you learn new skills to be independent and confident as you take on the world. Each session will offer the opportunity to explore a new topic, ranging from lifesaving skills to car maintenance to resume writing and interview prep.
During this session, participants will learn how to use a planner efficiently, manage their time effectively, and stay on top of their responsibilities. We'll also cover time-management techniques like time blocking, priority matrices, and how to break down bigger projects into smaller tasks. Planning for success doesn't have to be all business, so we'll share ideas about how to add your personality and flair to a planner!
Registration required. For this session, we will meet in the Pikes Peak room of the Windsor Library.
Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please let the photographer know at the time the picture is being taken.
