We Used To Live Here by Marcus Kliewer

Fame is nice, but what about infamy? Edgy Pages is a club for exploring books that are the stuff of controversy and scandal, or inherently provocative.

This month we are reading: We Used To Live Here by Marcus Kliewer.

A young couple who flip houses are thrilled with their new purchase in a picturesque neighborhood. One day, a man arrives with his family, claiming he used to live there and asks to show his kids around. Uncanny events soon follow: the family's youngest child goes missing, a ghostly presence appears in the basement, and the visitors won't leave. Is there something terribly wrong with the house and its visitors, or is it all an illusion?

Books will be ready for pick-up on Tuesday, September 24th.

* To cancel your reservation, contact the library by phone or email (programs@clearviewlibrary.org) 24 hours in advance. Failure to return your book at the end of the month may result in a $10 fine for paperbacks or $15 for hardbacks.

* All attendees must be 18+. Registration is required to receive a copy of the title. Books not picked up after 7 days of the pick up notification date will result in a cancellation of registration to accommodate waitlists.
