Teens, learn practical skills that will help you succeed in whatever the future holds.
Adulting is hard, but Adulting 101 at the Clearview Library District can help make it easier (and more fun)! This program will help you learn new skills to be independent and confident as you take on the world. Each session will offer the opportunity to explore a new topic, ranging from lifesaving skills to car maintenance to resume writing and interview prep.
In this session, we’ll explore fundamental sewing skills, including how to sew on a button, mend holes, and repair ripped seams. Teens will get hands-on practice with basic stitches and techniques for making quick fabric repairs.
Registration required. For this session, we will meet in the Pikes Peak room of the Windsor Library.
Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please let the photographer know at the time the picture is being taken.
