Learn to plan meals to save time and money and benefit your health! This program is led by Sheila Beckley, a Family and Consumer Science County Specialist. Patrons will receive a meal planning template, recipe guides, grocery shopping template and other practical handouts.
Explore a world of knowledge in this diverse speaker series where experts from various fields share their insights on topics ranging from cutting-edge technology to fascinating chapters in history. A selection of teas will be provided to enjoy while listening to the presentation.
While registering, you will be asked if we can share your information with Sheila Beckley so that you can take a pre-evaluation for this free class. Information acquired from the evaluations will be used by Colorado State University in an ongoing study regarding mental health.
