Looking for a book you just can’t put down? So are we! Join us each month as we read titles - both new and old - from various bestseller’s lists.
Cormac McCarthy's 2007 Pulitzer Prize winner and national bestseller, The Road, is a post-apocalyptic novel about a father and son’s fight to survive as they venture across a burnt and freezing America in a desperate attempt to reach the coast.
This year’s Banned Books Week is taking place October 5–11 and brings together the entire book community in shared support of the freedom to read. Celebrate your freedom to read by revisiting an oft challenged novel that continues to challenge and illuminate the world around us.
Registration is required to receive a book. All attendees must be 18+. Already read this book? Skip registration and join us for the discussion!
Books will be ready for pick-up beginning Wednesday, September 3rd. Books not picked up within 7 days of the pick-up notification email will result in a cancellation of registration to accommodate waitlists.
