Join us to learn more about advance directives, the importance of conversation, and the myths that can prevent us from documenting our wishes.

It’s always too early, until it’s too late. Kat Laws and Lynda McCullough, Community Health Educators with UCHealth’s Aspen Club, will lead us through the first step in planning for a medical crisis: knowing what to do ahead of time.

Registration is required. Please register here or by calling the Aspen Club at 970-495-8565. All attendees must be 18+.

A light lunch will be provided. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accommodate food allergies at this time.
