This yoga class will focus on heart-opening poses that stretch and strengthen the chest, back, and shoulders.

Patrons are encouraged to participate in this session from a yoga mat. We have a small number of thin yoga mats available, however we encourage you to bring your own if you have one.

Registration is not required, but attendees can register to receive a reminder for the program. Maximum attendance is contingent on program capacity. All attendees must be 18+. 

Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please let the photographer know at the time the picture is being taken.
