Join us for an immersive cultural program bringing the beauty, symbolism, and warmth of Ukrainian Easter traditions to life through food, art, and storytelling.
This session will be led by Tetiana Sherman–a professional chef, culinary instructor, and speaker with the Colorado Refugee Speakers Bureau.
Participants will hear about the history and customs of Easter in Ukraine, but will also: learn to make paska (a rich Ukrainian Easter bread), play a traditional holiday game, and explore Tetiana’s personal folk art collection. Each participant will also get to taste freshly baked paska and will shape their own paska loaf to take home and bake! PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accommodate food allergies at this time.
Registration is required. All attendees must be 18+.
Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please let the photographer know at the time the picture is being taken.
