Main Community Park

Join the Windsor Tree Board and Town Forester, Ken Kawamura, for a little bit of history - and a whole lot of trees - on a tree walk at Main Park.

Main Park dates back to the late 1800s and is the oldest park in Windsor, with a variety of trees that range in age and species.

The tour will meet at the park shelter at 3rd Street and Locust, near the bathrooms. Participants should dress for outdoor conditions and wear comfortable shoes, as the walk will include grass and some uneven ground.

Registration is not required, but attendees can register to receive a reminder for the program. Maximum attendance is contingent on program capacity. All attendees must be 18+.

If weather is inclement, please check our calendar for delays, cancellations, relocation and/or rescheduling information.

Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please let the photographer know at the time the picture is being taken.
