The Warmth of Other Suns is a beautifully written masterwork. Pulitzer Prize–winning author Isabel Wilkerson presents a definitive and dramatic account of one of the great untold stories of American history: the Great Migration of six million Black citizens who fled the South for the North and West in search of a better life, from World War I to 1970.

Books will be ready for pick-up beginning Thursday, October 15. Books not picked up within 7 days of the pick-up notification email will result in a cancellation of registration to accommodate waitlists.
To cancel your registration, please email programs@clearviewlibrary.org or call the library (970-686-5603) at least 24 hours before the book club date. Books must be returned on or before the book club date.
Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please let the photographer know at the time the picture is being taken.
