Join us online for Imagine Stories Together every Wednesday at 6 p.m. from November 2 through December 7.
Imagine Stories Together is for families with children of all ages, and the discussion questions and activities are designed for the whole family to participate. This month we'll be reading Wishtree by Katherine Applegate.
An old red oak tree tells how he and his crow friend, Bongo, help their human neighbors get along after a threat against an immigrant family is carved into the tree's trunk.
Kits for this online program will be available at the Windsor-Severance Library beginning Wednesday, October 26, and will include a free copy of the book, as well as supplies for activities and crafts that will take place during the program. Thank you to Words of Windsor for partnering with us to provide book club books.
You may pick up your kit at the library, or call ahead to arrange Library Takeout. Please email Christy or Trisha if you would like to pick up your kit on the bookmobile.
Please note that this program is registration-based only; please register your family as one total registration, rather than registering each individual in your family. If you have more than one child that will be participating in the book club, please indicate the number so that we can include enough craft supplies for each child. Once you have registered for the program, we will send you a link to join the book club via Zoom prior to every Wednesday at 6 p.m., November 2 through December 7.
Photographs taken during virtual library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please turn your camera off when a picture is taken.
For questions, please contact Trisha or Christy: trisha@clearviewlibrary.org and christy@clearviewlibrary.org.
