Art Like an Illustrator gives kids a chance to create all types of art inspired by children’s illustrators! Each session we will focus on a different illustrator by reading a book (or two) that they illustrated and then we'll dive into an art project in their style.
In this session, participants will savor stories by Oliver Jeffers and explore the themes of community, kindness, and creative thinking. Then we'll create upcycled paper collages using old library books!
For ages 6-12. Registration is required. Please register each child separately that will be attending the program using the child's first and last name. We will meet in the large meeting room of the Windsor-Severance Library.
Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity.
Please email Becca at becca@clearviewlibrary.org with any questions.
