Melting Hearts

Due to the Windsor-Severance Library remodel, Weird Science will not be held in person this week.

Weird Science offers kids the opportunity to explore the crazy world of STEM through experimentation, teamwork, creativity, inquiry, and innovation!

It’s the time for spreading love and kindness, but it’s also time for candy hearts! Let’s find out which of your average household liquids, like vinegar or olive oil, will dissolve hearts the fastest. We will experiment with different liquids and put their melting skills to the test!

For ages 6-12. Registration is required. Please register each child separately that will be attending the program using the child's first and last name. This program will be posted to our YouTube channel on February 9 at 3:15 p.m.

Kits for this online program will be available for pickup beginning Monday, February 6.
