Due to the Windsor-Severance Library remodel, Weird Science will not be held in person this week.
Weird Science offers kids the opportunity to explore the crazy world of STEM through experimentation, teamwork, creativity, inquiry, and innovation!
Let’s learn how to share super secret messages using Morse Code! This way of communicating was invented in 1838 and has been used by spies, military personnel, and pilots. We’ll create messages and then turn them into bracelets participants can keep!
For ages 6-12. Registration is required. Please register each child separately that will be attending the program using the child's first and last name. This program will be posted to our YouTube channel on February 23 at 3:15 p.m.
Kits for this online program will be available for pickup beginning Monday, February 20.
Please email Becca at becca@clearviewlibrary.org with any questions. Feel free to share photos of your child's creations via email, as well.
Due to remodel construction at the Windsor-Severance Library many of our February programs will be offered virtually, at alternative locations, as a take-and-make kit only, or postponed. Please visit our Facilities Plan page for more information.
