Throughout the month of May, in acknowledgement of National Mental Health Awareness Month, Clearview Library District presents a 15 minute Mindfulness Moment every Friday morning on our YouTube page. Hosted by yogi Brandi, we'll provide an opportunity to prioritize mental health and well-being. If you're looking to integrate mindfulness meditation into your daily routine, this program is for you.
