Join us as we welcome summer with a good old fashioned Field Day!
Summer is heating up, and so are we! Join us on Tuesday, May 30 as we kick off the first day of our Summer Adventure Program with Clearview Library District’s very own Field Day.
We’ll gather in the parking lot at Windsor-Severance Library and offer a host of stations. From good old fashioned Field Day activities like sack races, egg races, bean bag toss and giant inflatable bowling, to community art and bubble stations - we’ll have something for everyone and every age.
While you’re joining in on the day's festivities, don’t forget to sign up for the Summer Adventure Program. We’ll send you on your way with a Bingo card and instructions on how to play along all summer long.
Additionally, we will be holding a summer food drive at this event on behalf of the Windsor-Severance Food Pantry. Please bring non-perishable food items that you would like to donate. Some examples of items the pantry currently needs are: flour, sugar, rice, beans, cereal, pancake mix, soup, jello, pudding, cake/muffin mix, and canned or powdered milk.
We hope you and yours will join us on May 30th as we welcome summer with games, music, refreshments, and much more.
