Clearview Homeschooler's Academy (CHA) is a monthly program that offers hands-on activities and prompts based around STEAM learning.
You’ve probably used LEGOS to build tall towers or blocky robots, but have you ever used LEGOS to make a printed pattern? Patterns are a fundamental math concept, and the various sizes of LEGO bricks make them a perfect tool to explore this skill.
Participants will use a variety of Lego shapes and sizes to craft unique prints. From simple color sequences to more complex geometric arrangements, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with a wide range of pattern-making possibilities.
For children ages 5+. Please register separately for each participant. We will meet in the Pikes Peak meeting room at the library.
Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity.
