Swap craft supplies, check out the library's Explore Kits, and enjoy maker activities like bag decorating, origami, button making, leather crafting, and more!
Bring your creativity, and your extra craft supplies, to this hands-on event designed for makers and art lovers! The heart of the day is a lively craft supply swap, a perfect chance to declutter your stash, discover hidden gems, and connect with others who share your passion for creating.
While you're there, dive into a variety of inspiring art activities at your own pace. From canvas bag decorating and stamp carving, to button making, origami, leather craft, and more. This event is a great opportunity to explore new techniques, trade ideas, and leave with something uniquely yours!
It’s time to gather up those unused materials you’ve been meaning to pass on—craft supply donations for the swap begin June 2! We’re excited to accept donations at the front desk of both the Windsor and Severance libraries. Just drop them off and we’ll take care of the rest—sorting, prepping, and organizing everything for a fantastic community swap.
To ensure we’re putting out high-quality supplies for participants, we’ll be reviewing all donations before the event. Items that aren’t selected for the swap will be donated to local organizations. Please note that due to limited space and staffing, we’re not able to return any donated items. Thanks for understanding—and happy decluttering!
