Get ready to embark on the ultimate summer adventure!
Mark your calendars for June 3rd, because it's time to kick off Summer Adventure Program! This year, we're turning up the excitement with the theme: "Adventure Begins at Your Library." Join us at the Severance Library (5 Timber Ridge Parkway) from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for an adrenaline-packed event that's fun for the whole family.
Picture this: scaling new heights on a mobile rock wall (Please note that for safety reasons, there are height restrictions for rock wall participants), coming face-to-face with unique reptiles (an iguana, ball python, ornate box turtle, and hognose snake!) from the Reptile and Amphibian Center of the Rockies, delving into the rich history of the Cache la Poudre River National Heritage Area, and unleashing your creativity with a family art project that will spark your imagination and leave you with treasured memories.
But wait, there's more! Dive into the creative spirit with friendship bracelet making, test your aim with a marshmallow toss, and race to victory in our epic squirt gun races. For the little adventurers, we’ll offer a specially designed pool noodle obstacle course that promises heaps of giggles and thrills.
While you’re joining in on the day's festivities, don’t forget to sign up for the Summer Adventure Program. We’ll send you on your way with a Bingo card and instructions on how to play along all summer long. Registration for Summer Adventure Program opens on June 3.
We can't wait to kick off the summer with you!
