Art Like an Illustrator gives kids a chance to create all types of art inspired by children’s illustrators! Each session we will focus on a different illustrator by reading a book (or two) that they illustrated and then we'll dive into an art project in their style.

As an artist, children’s illustrator Lizi Boyd’s work is not only easily recognizable, it is also extremely charming. This session of Art Like an Illustrator will feature an interactive art project in the style of Boyd’s beloved book, Flashlight. Participants will create a very unique art piece that will light up their night!

For ages 6-12. Registration is required. Please register each child separately that will be attending the program using the child's first and last name. We will meet in the Pikes Peak room of the Windsor-Severance Library.

Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity.
