Join us to explore how cheese is enhanced when paired with honey.

How do you pair honey with different types of cheese? BC Honey Hives, LLC will help us understand how honey enhances the flavor of cheese. In this informative class, we will learn a brief history of honey and the nature of honey and honeycomb. We will then have a honey and cheese pairing where we will taste several varieties of honey and enjoy them with different types of cheese and fruit.

* Registration required. Registration opens Saturday, April 1st. Registration is not transferable upon cancellation.

* Please contact the library by phone (970-686-5603 ex. 323) or email to cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance if you are no longer able to participate in a registered event. Failure to attend the event without providing a cancellation notice will result in a $5 fine being added to your library account.
