This month, Adel Nieto, owner of Windsor's Rumors on Main and a stylist with over 18 years of experience, will lead a class on how to make dramatic changes to your appearance using color theory. Color theory is the study of how colors interact and can be combined to create visually appealing styles that express mood or personality.
