Set grounding intentions in this guided, gentle yoga practice, incorporating moments of poetry.
Patrons may participate from the yoga mat or a chair. We have a small number of thin yoga mats available, however we encourage you to bring your own if you have one.
Registration is not required, but attendees can register to receive a reminder for the program. Maximum attendance is contingent on program capacity. All attendees must be 18+.
Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please let the photographer know at the time the picture is being taken.
