History by the Book meets to discuss historical fiction and non-fiction books. We explore the deeper stories behind historical events and periods in the past.
Set against three transformative decades, Marjan Kamali's The Lion Women of Tehran, tells the stories of two young women as they come of age and pursue their own goals for meaningful futures.
Registration is required to receive a book. Already read this book? Skip registration and join us for the discussion! All attendees must be 18+.
