Not Your Boring Book Club

Throwback to the Classics

This is no ordinary book club! Join us for a 4 week session, where you will pick your book from our themed choices and participate in a variety of unique activities. For tweens ages 9-12.

Join us every Tuesday from April 7 to April 28, 2026.

During this session, we will dive into the classics to discover why great books never get old. You get to choose the book you want to read from three options: The Hobbit (A Graphic Novel) by J.R.R. Tolkien, My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George, or The Story of My Life by Helen Keller.

Registration is required. To ensure time for book selection, registration closes on March 30, 2026.

Please complete both of the following steps to complete registration for this program:

STEP 2: Click here to read about each book and make your selection. Please complete one form for each child using their first and last name.

The next session of this book club will meet in July.

Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Library District publicity. If you would like to opt out, please let the photographer know at the time the picture is being taken.
