During this session, North Range Behavioral Health will share how stress impacts our brain and offer practical tips for maintaining calm in everyday life as well as high stress situations.
Registration is not required, but attendees can register to receive a reminder for the program. Maximum attendance is contingent on program capacity. All attendees must be 18+.
