Weird Science offers kids the opportunity to explore the crazy world of STEM through experimentation, teamwork, creativity, inquiry, and innovation!
Jump for joy if you are ready for this session of Weird Science! Or, better yet, build a contraption that can jump for joy for you! Simple to build but tricky to master, learning about biomechanics and energy in this session of Weird Science will help you build the highest flying jumping machine that you can.
For ages 6-12. Registration is required. Please register each child separately that will be attending the program using the child's first and last name. We will meet in the Pikes Peak room in the Windsor-Severance Library.
Please be aware that we are offering the same program activity during weeks one and two of Weird Science. Weeks three and four of Weird Science will also feature the same program activity, but a different activity from weeks one and two. Therefore, we kindly ask that you register for either week one OR two and either week three OR four so as to allow the greatest number of people possible to enjoy this popular program.
